Insight Global is seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our client's early childhood education team. This is a fulltime position based in Marietta, GA. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a nurturing, play-based learning environment and is committed to fostering the growth and development of Preschool aged children.

About the Role

As the Assistant Preschool Teacher, you will create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom where young children can explore, learn, and thrive.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with developmental milestones and curriculum standards.
• Foster a warm, supportive, and stimulating environment that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and classroom aides, ensuring a cohesive and collaborative teaching team.
• Maintain open and effective communication with families, providing regular updates on child progress and classroom activities.
• Ensure the classroom meets all licensing, health, and safety regulations.
• Observe and document children’s behavior and development, using assessments to guide instruction and support individual needs.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to plan events, activities, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Must have a completed HS Diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have 1+ years of education experience within an infant, toddler, preschool or Pre-K setting
• Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish

Required Skills

• Associates degree or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related is a plus
• Child Development Associate (CDA) certification is a plus
