Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Legal Assistant with 1-3 years of California litigation experience to join our client's growing team in San Diego. Paralegal certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities :

• Assist attorneys with drafting, e-filing, and finalizing legal documents.
• Manage case calendars, deadlines, and client correspondence.
• Organize discovery documents and prepare court filings and trial materials.
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel professionally.

Qualifications :

• 2+years of litigation experience in California.
• Familiarity with California e-filing and court procedures.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Paralegal certification is a plus but not mandatory.
