Job Description

Working with a global construction company looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring seamless delivery that aligns with client goals.

This role combines hands-on project leadership with internal business support, offering the opportunity to manage complex projects while contributing to business development, financial management, and team growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead client relationships and guide project teams to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Act as the main liaison with clients, supporting project-related decisions.
  • Oversee all phases of a project:
  • Preconstruction: build A&E teams, manage design, scheduling, budgets, constructability reviews, contracts, bidding, and permitting.
  • Construction: manage contractors through procurement, risk, quality, safety, and execution; maintain cost and schedule control.
  • Closeout: oversee project closeout, ensuring specifications and client expectations are met.
  • Prepare and deliver cost, schedule, and status reports to keep clients informed.
  • Lead and mentor internal project support teams (Project Engineers and Administrators) or work independently as needed.
  • Drive collaboration, effective communication, and identify opportunities to add value to every project.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (or relevant experience).
  • 5–10 years’ experience managing a variety of building types and construction projects through all phases.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
  • Practical, logical problem-solver with strong numeracy and financial management skills.
  • Experienced in inspiring and managing diverse teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; skilled in Microsoft Project.
  • A proactive, positive leader committed to delivering service excellence and client satisfaction.
