As a Senior Consultant, you will lead and execute analytical workstreams from start to finish. This includes gathering requirements, synthesizing data, applying advanced analytical techniques, and delivering actionable insights. You will play a key role in client delivery, relationship development, and ensuring that findings are relevant, impactful, and aligned with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

-Data Analysis & Insight Generation

• Conduct end-to-end analytics projects, including data collection, cleansing, analysis, and visualization.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to uncover insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Integrate findings from primary and secondary research, and operational data into cohesive, client-ready deliverables.

-Client Engagement & Communication

• Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear, compelling manner tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and design solutions aligned with strategic goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent value delivery and trust.

-Project & Survey Management

• Design and manage surveys using tools such as Qualtrics and Sawtooth, including drafting, programming, and analytics planning.
• Establish roadmap and timeline for analytics tasks and activities.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Facilitate productive working sessions with client SMEs and develop detailed action plans.

-Reporting & Visualization

• Develop reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint to communicate complex analyses effectively.
• Visualize data and insights to drive meaningful discussions and support decision-making.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization using tools such as Domo, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Bachelor’s degree required (preferred fields: Data/Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related).
• Working knowledge of statistical models (e.g. model specification, regression analysis, classification modeling, PCA, factor analysis, conjoint analysis, etc.).
• Familiarity with programming languages such as R, SPSS, or Stata.
• Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies such as focus groups, online communities, discrete choice surveys, market segmentation studies, customer journeys, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel as required by project needs.
