About Deeda:

Deeda is an online fundraising platform focused on medical and personal emergency assistance. We are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong knowledge of the U.S. market to drive business growth and partnerships. This role will play a critical part in building local collaborations with hospitals, insurance companies, funeral homes, charities, and community organizations to expand Letsfund's presence in the U.S.

US Human Resources Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Talent Recruitment and Management:

(1) Responsible for talent recruitment at U.S.-based branches, including job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement, and hiring process;

(2) Build and maintain local recruitment channels (such as universities, headhunters, social platforms) to adapt to the recruitment cultures of different countries;

(3) Manage the selection, assignment, and repatriation processes of expatriates.

2. Employee Relations and Compliance Management

(1) Ensure U.S.-based branches comply with local labor laws and regulations, and handle matters such as employment contracts, compensation and benefits, social security,

(2) Coordinate and handle employee complaints, labor disputes, and cross-cultural conflicts to maintain good employee relations;

(3) Oversee labor compliance of non-China branches, regularly submit risk reports, and establish a human resources compliance system for U.S.-based subsidiaries and branches.

3. Training and Development

(1) Design and implement training programs such as cross-cultural communication and Localization leadership to improve the efficiency of U.S.-based team collaboration;

(2) Develop an adaptability training plan for international relocation employees to assist them in quickly integrating into the local environment.

4. Compensation, Benefits, and Performance Management

(1) Research the market compensation levels in the target country and develop a competitive compensation and benefits plan;

(2) Optimize the performance appraisal system for U.S.-based employees to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives;

(3) Research and develop performance appraisal plans for foreign employees.

5. Cross-cultural Team Building

(1) Promote communication and collaboration between headquarters and U.S.-based teams, and address management issues caused by cultural nuances;

(2) Organize cross-regional team activities to enhance the global recognition of corporate culture.

6. Human Resources System Support

(1) Regularly analyze U.S.-based human resources data to provide decision-making support for management.

Job Requirements:1

. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, major is not restricted;

2. Work experience: Approximately 5 years of experience in all modules of U.S.-based human resources;

3. Familiar with international labor laws, cross-border employment policies, and the management processes for internationally relocated employees;

4. Skills Required: Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, with fluency in Chinese as a plus

5. Possesses high emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills, and is adept at advancing work in a multicultural environment.
